– We can seek to verify the accuracy of the data before we fix them.

You may ask us to delete your personal data:

– Whenever they are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or

– When you unsubscribe from the e-shop (which will anyway be deleted immediately) or

– Have been illegally processed

We do not need to comply with your request to delete your personal data if processing of your personal data is necessary:

– To comply with a legal obligation

– To meet another legitimate purpose or other legal basis, or

– For the establishment, exercise or defense of legal requirements

You may ask us to limit (i.e. keep but not use) your personal data when:

– Their accuracy is being challenged, so that we can verify their accuracy or

– Their processing is illegal, but you do not want to delete them or

– Is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, but we still need it to establish, exercise or defend legal requirements, or there is another legitimate processing purpose or other legal basis

When processing is based on your consent and is performed by automated means, you may ask us to provide your personal data in a structured form that is widely used in a mechanically readable form, or you may request them to be transferred directly to another controller. However, this right, according to the law, concerns only those data provided by the subject, and not those obtained by the controller on the basis of the data provided to him by the subject.

You may oppose at any time to any processing of your personal data that has as its legitimate basis the legal interests of the Company or the fulfillment of a duty performed in the public interest.

You are entitled to withdraw your consent, where such a consent is obtained as a basis for processing. Withdrawal shall involve future processing. However, this right does not negate the legitimacy of processing your personal data based on your consent until such time as it is removed.

Rights in relation to automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

You have the right not to be subject to a decision made solely on the basis of automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects that affect you significantly in a similar way.

Your right does not apply if this decision is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between us or is based on your explicit consent.

Supervising authority

You have the right to file a complaint with the local supervisor about the processing of your personal data. In Greece, the supervisory authority for data protection is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Postal address: 1-3, Kifisias, 115 23, Athens

Call Center: +30 210 6475600

E-mail: contact@dpa.gr

Identity

We take full account of the confidentiality of all files that contain personal data and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of your identity if you make a claim about those files.

Costs

We will not charge you for the exercise of your rights in relation to your personal data unless, as provided for by law, your request for access to information is unfounded or excessive, so we may charge a reasonable fee under these conditions. We will notify you of any charges before completing your request.

Schedule

Our goal is to respond to any valid requests within one (1) month of receipt, unless they are very complex or you have made a number of requests, so we aim to respond within three months. We will let you know if we will need more than one (1) month for the reasons outlined above. We may ask you if you can tell us exactly what you want to receive or what is exactly what you are concerned with. This will help us to act faster on your request.

In any case, you must indicate specific and true facts and/or facts in order to be able to answer and/or satisfy your request accurately, otherwise we reserve the right to make any errors that are beyond our control. In addition, our Company may deny requests that are unjustified or excessive or abusive or inaccurate or in general unlawful, within the framework of the provisions of the law.

Changes to the Data Protection Policy

We may make changes to our Privacy Policy whenever required. This Policy was updated on 27/04/2026.

In order to ensure that you are always aware of how we process your personal data, we will update this Policy so that it includes new services or products and the processing of your data associated with them as well as changes to the existing processing of your personal data. In addition, we may modify this change as a consequence of changes in the legal and regulatory framework and in order to comply with the relevant requirements. You undertake to visit our website for any changes to this notice that may apply to you. In any case, if you continue to use our Website and its services and our e-shop services after any modifications made in accordance with the above, you will be deemed to accept these modifications. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy as may be modified, either in whole or in part, you must cease to use our services we provide to you.

Any changes to this Policy will be immediately posted here.

If changes are substantial, we may notify you via email or through a website banner. Continuing to use our site implies your acceptance of these changes.
