That’s why we’ve partnered with a community in Ethiopia, where craftsmanship, tradition, and sustainability come together in every piece we produce.
Together, we create 100% eco-friendly products using natural weaving techniques and water-based printing methods, completely free from harmful chemicals. – European countries, and all
– International destinations served by DHL Express (excluding Russia)
We do not support alternative couriers. Orders are fulfilled using:
– ACS Courier for Greece
– ACS Courier or DHL Express for Cyprus
– DHL Express for Europe and international orders
Shipping Costs
Within Greece:
– Orders over €50.00: FREE shipping
– Orders under €50.00: €3.00 (incl. 24% VAT)
– Cash on Delivery: €2.00 (incl. 24% VAT)
To Other Countries:
– Orders over €150.00, Europe: FREE shipping
– Orders over €180.00, outside Europe: FREE shipping
– Orders under those amounts: €19.00 (incl. 24% VAT)
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns unless the product is defective or an error was made.
Delivery Times
Orders placed by 10:30 AM, Monday to Friday, are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 10:30 AM, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next working day.
Greece operates on Eastern European Time and Summer Time (EET, EEST), which is:
– GMT+2 during standard time (winter)
– GMT+3 during daylight saving time (summer)
Estimated Delivery Times:
– Greece: 1 – 3 business days
– Europe: 3 – 6 business days
– International Orders: 4 – 10 business days
Actual delivery time may vary depending on:

If you choose the in-store pickup option, your order will typically be ready within 1 – 2 business days. You will be notified by email or SMS once it is available. Orders not collected within 7 calendar days may be automatically cancelled and refunded, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery Delays
Although we aim for fast and accurate deliveries, delays may occur due to:
– Supply chain disruptions or courier issues
– Force majeure (e.g. extreme weather, strikes)
– Limited product availability or backorders
In case of delay, we will contact you with options:
– Proceed with available items
– Wait for full order
– Replace or cancel unavailable item(s)
If you choose to cancel, we will fully refund any amount paid for the affected products.

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, following communication from the courier service.
DRESSVØICE is responsible for the condition and safety of your products until they are physically received by you or your authorized representative.
You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned items must:
– Be unused, unworn, and in excellent condition
– Have all original tags, labels, and adhesive hygiene strips (if applicable) intact
Be accompanied by:
– The purchase receipt
– The completed return form included in your original order
Return Options
You may choose one of the following return options:
Exchange in-store
Bring your item and receipt to any DRESSVØICE physical store for:
– An exchange with the same item (different size or color)
– An exchange with a different product of equal or higher value
Return by courier for refund or exchange
Return your product to our central warehouse and request either:
– A refund to your original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on how the order was paid
– An exchange via our online store
Refunds include discounted items and sale products. Refunds are made using the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error or defect caused by DRESSVØICE, return shipping is covered by us.
Returns from Greece
You may use ACS Courier for returns at a flat fee of €4.00
This amount is deducted from your refund, not paid directly to the courier
If you choose any other courier (e.g. ELTA), you are responsible for the return cost directly
Returns from other countries
– Returns must be made via DHL Express
– Return costs are fully paid by the customer
The customer is responsible for:
– Any exchange rate differences
– Customs clearance fees
– Import duties, local taxes, and applicable restrictions

Processing & Refunds
Returns are processed within 15 business days after we receive your parcel.
All returns go through quality control before a refund or exchange is approved.
If a product fails inspection (e.g. worn, dirty, damaged), it will not be accepted and the customer will be contacted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
– Underwear
– Earrings
– Leggings, tights, and socks
– Bodysuits
– Candles, fragrances, face & body care products
– Swimwear
Return Preference
You must choose your return preference (refund or exchange) when submitting your return.
After 15 days, you cannot change your selected return method (e.g., from exchange to refund).
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse to receive your order or it is returned to us because it was not accepted at delivery, we will:
– Refund the value of the order
– Deduct all applicable shipping, customs, and handling fees from the refund
