    Together, we create 100% eco-friendly products using natural weaving techniques and water-based printing methods, completely free from harmful chemicals. This approach respects both people and planet, supporting ethical working conditions, preserving traditional skills, and reducing environmental impact.

    At DRESSVØICE, we offer the following secure payment options. You may choose one payment method per order, combining multiple payment methods is not supported.

     

    Cash on Delivery

    Pay in cash upon delivery of your order.

    – Available only within Greece and for in-store pickup

    – A €2.00 service fee applies to shipped orders (incl. 24% VAT)

    – Orders over €499.00 cannot be paid via cash on delivery

     

    Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards

    We accept:

    Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club.

    – All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key

    – Card details are never stored on our website

     

    PayPal

    Pay through your PayPal account.

    – You’ll be redirected to PayPal to complete payment, then returned to our site

    – DRESSVØICE does not store your PayPal credentials

    – PayPal is available for most regions except Romania.

    – Additional fees (e.g. currency conversion) may apply and are not covered by DRESSVØICE

     

    Klarna

    Buy now, pay later with Klarna.

    – Options may include: pay in 3 installments, pay later, or monthly financing

    – Klarna approval is subject to eligibility and managed solely by Klarna

    – Klarna is not available in all regions. Availability depends on your billing address and order amount.

     

    Bank Transfer

    Pay by bank deposit after completing your order.

    – Bank transfers are processed only through Alpha Bank

    – Our bank details will appear after checkout

    – Include your Order Number in the payment reference

    – Your order will ship once payment is confirmed

    – Bank transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility

     

    IRIS Online Payments

    Fast interbank payment via IRIS through your banking app or online banking.

    All payments are securely encrypted. DRESSVØICE does not store card or PayPal data. Your transaction is handled directly by your chosen payment provider.

    Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

    Alternatively, customers may choose to collect their order in person from our physical store located at:

    We currently ship to:

    – European countries, and all

    – International destinations served by DHL Express (excluding Russia)

     

    We do not support alternative couriers. Orders are fulfilled using:

    – ACS Courier for Greece

    – ACS Courier or DHL Express for Cyprus

    – DHL Express for Europe and international orders

     

    Shipping Costs

    Within Greece:

    – Orders over €50.00: FREE shipping

    – Orders under €50.00: €3.00 (incl. 24% VAT)

    – Cash on Delivery: €2.00 (incl. 24% VAT)

    To Other Countries:

    – Orders over €150.00, Europe: FREE shipping

    – Orders over €180.00, outside Europe: FREE shipping

    – Orders under those amounts: €19.00 (incl. 24% VAT)

    Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns unless the product is defective or an error was made.

     

    Delivery Times

    Orders placed by 10:30 AM, Monday to Friday, are processed the same business day.

    Orders placed after 10:30 AM, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next working day.

    Greece operates on Eastern European Time and Summer Time (EET, EEST), which is:

    – GMT+2 during standard time (winter)

    – GMT+3 during daylight saving time (summer)

     

    Estimated Delivery Times:

    – Greece: 1 – 3 business days

    – Europe: 3 – 6 business days

    – International Orders: 4 – 10 business days

    Actual delivery time may vary depending on:

    – Location and courier access

    – Holidays or weekends

    – Customs clearance delays

    – Weather conditions or strikes

    If you choose the in-store pickup option, your order will typically be ready within 1 – 2 business days. You will be notified by email or SMS once it is available. Orders not collected within 7 calendar days may be automatically cancelled and refunded, unless otherwise agreed.

     

    Delivery Delays

    Although we aim for fast and accurate deliveries, delays may occur due to:

    – Supply chain disruptions or courier issues

    – Force majeure (e.g. extreme weather, strikes)

    – Limited product availability or backorders

    In case of delay, we will contact you with options:

    – Proceed with available items

    – Wait for full order

    – Replace or cancel unavailable item(s)

    If you choose to cancel, we will fully refund any amount paid for the affected products.

    Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

    Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, following communication from the courier service.

    DRESSVØICE is responsible for the condition and safety of your products until they are physically received by you or your authorized representative.

    You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

     

    Return Conditions

    To be accepted, returned items must:

    – Be unused, unworn, and in excellent condition

    – Have all original tags, labels, and adhesive hygiene strips (if applicable) intact

    Be accompanied by:

    – The purchase receipt

    – The completed return form included in your original order

     

    Return Options

    You may choose one of the following return options:

    Exchange in-store

    Bring your item and receipt to any DRESSVØICE physical store for:

    – An exchange with the same item (different size or color)

    – An exchange with a different product of equal or higher value

     

    Return by courier for refund or exchange

    Return your product to our central warehouse and request either:

    – A refund to your original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on how the order was paid

    – An exchange via our online store

    Refunds include discounted items and sale products. Refunds are made using the original payment method.

     

    Return Shipping Costs

    If the return is due to an error or defect caused by DRESSVØICE, return shipping is covered by us.

     

    Returns from Greece

    You may use ACS Courier for returns at a flat fee of €4.00

    This amount is deducted from your refund, not paid directly to the courier

    If you choose any other courier (e.g. ELTA), you are responsible for the return cost directly

     

    Returns from other countries

    – Returns must be made via DHL Express

    – Return costs are fully paid by the customer

    – Any exchange rate differences

    – Customs clearance fees

    – Import duties, local taxes, and applicable restrictions

    Processing & Refunds

    Returns are processed within 15 business days after we receive your parcel.

    All returns go through quality control before a refund or exchange is approved.

    If a product fails inspection (e.g. worn, dirty, damaged), it will not be accepted and the customer will be contacted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

    – Underwear

    – Earrings

    – Leggings, tights, and socks

    – Bodysuits

    – Candles, fragrances, face & body care products

    – Swimwear

     

    Return Preference

    You must choose your return preference (refund or exchange) when submitting your return.

    After 15 days, you cannot change your selected return method (e.g., from exchange to refund).

     

    Refused Deliveries

    If you refuse to receive your order or it is returned to us because it was not accepted at delivery, we will:

    – Refund the value of the order

    – Deduct all applicable shipping, customs, and handling fees from the refund

Together, we have produced 100% ECO-FRIENDLY products using natural weaving techniques and water based printing methods avoiding any chemical substances.
