Subscribing to the DRESSVOICE newsletter is entirely optional and not required to make purchases through our online store. 2.7 ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) GENERATED OR AI-ENHANCED CONTENT
Some images, campaign visuals, creative materials, and other content displayed on the Website may be generated, edited, enhanced, or otherwise processed using artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

DRESSVOICE makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the essential characteristics of the Products offered through the Website, including their design, style, color, and general appearance, are presented as accurately as possible. However, minor visual differences may occur between the images shown on the Website and the actual Products received, due to factors such as AI-assisted image creation or enhancement, screen settings, lighting, photographic processing, and technical display variations.
In the event of any discrepancy, the written product description and the actual Product delivered shall prevail over any illustrative or AI-generated visual representation.
3. GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE – PURCHASE THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE (B2C)
Orders can be placed through our online store or by telephone. We do not accept or process orders via email or social media platforms. Additionally, simply mentioning a product on any form does not constitute a valid order. The terms below apply to purchases made online or by phone. The seller is the business.
3.1 PRODUCTS
Dressvoice offers fashion items such as clothing, footwear, and accessories (collectively, the “Products”) for direct consumer purchase (B2C).
We strive to ensure that all product information on our website is complete, accurate, and up to date, including product descriptions and images. Photos represent actual products, but some visual discrepancies may occur due to screen settings or technical factors.
Product availability is updated regularly, though changes may take up to one (1) hour to reflect in our system. Dressvoice reserves the right to change, withdraw, or replace Products, pricing, offers, and discounts at its sole discretion and without notice.
All Products are intended for personal use only and not for resale or commercial use.
3.2 ORDER
a. Basic Condition for Ordering
Before placing your order, please verify that your shipping address (country and postal code) is within our delivery zones. Besides Greece and Cyprus, we ship to all countries serviced by DHL, excluding Russia. For more information on shipping countries, visit DHL’s website at www.dhl.com.

We retain pending orders for up to 1 month.
We retain failed orders for up to 2 weeks.
We retain cancelled orders for up to 2 weeks.
We retain refunded and completed orders in accordance with our legal and tax obligations.
DRESSVOICE reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel orders.
b. Submitting Your Order – Sales Contract
To order, browse the categories via the main menu and add items to your cart. Review your cart using the “SHOPPING CART” icon. You can remove items at any time before checkout.
During checkout, you’ll need to provide:
– Full name
– Email address
– Mobile phone number
– Shipping and billing address
– Payment information (if paying by card)
Account Registration:
Registration is optional but allows access to order history and quicker checkout. Creating an account requires a valid email and password. Registration is free, personal, and non-transferable.
All personal data is collected and processed solely to facilitate order fulfillment, delivery, payment, and communication. These processes are governed by our Privacy Policy, which you must accept. You may request the correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting online@dressvoice.com or through the ‘MY ACCOUNT‘ page.
Only individuals or legal entities with full legal capacity are eligible to register. Registration is not permitted for minors under the age of 18.
We hold inactive accounts for up to 24 months.
We use reCAPTCHA to help protect our website from spam, abuse, and fraudulent activity.
Order Placement:
After selecting your products and reviewing your cart, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.’ Review your order details, and by clicking ‘PLACE ORDER’ or proceeding to a payment gateway, you accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and finalize your order.
You confirm that all provided information is accurate and that you are the authorized user of the selected payment method. We may verify payment details at our discretion.
You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.
If you choose Cash on Delivery, your order will be confirmed immediately and the products will be delivered upon full payment at the time of delivery.
If you chose bank transfer or IRIS as your payment method, the order will be processed only after we receive full payment.
We will verify product availability and send a second email once your order is dispatched, including a tracking number.
Note: Order confirmation does not equal order acceptance. A binding sales contract is created only once we confirm shipment. Items not included in the shipping confirmation are not part of the contract, and any payment made for such items will be refunded.
Delivery details, including timelines and costs, are outlined in Sections 3.3 and 3.4.
If part of your order becomes unavailable or delayed, we will contact you to offer alternatives or proceed with a partial order. If we cannot reach you within five (5) days, we’ll fulfill what is available and cancel the rest. You’ll receive a refund for the canceled part.
c. Telephone Orders
Phone orders are accepted at +30 28210 68300 (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00). You will be asked to provide the same order, shipping, and payment information. Calls may be recorded to confirm your order and serve as legal documentation. Card details are never recorded. By placing a telephone order, you agree to these Terms and Policies.
d. Order Cancellation
By You:
– You may cancel anytime before clicking “PLACE ORDER.”
– For orders destined for delivery abroad, if you cancel after dispatch, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
By Dressvoice:
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
– Product unavailability
– Suspected misuse or fraud
– Non-payment
– Non-receipt by the customer
– Legal or force majeure reasons
In such cases, you will receive a prompt refund if payment was already made.
e. Prices
All prices are in Euros (€), include VAT, and are final. If a pricing error is detected, we will notify you before fulfilling the order. Dressvoice is not obligated to honor clearly incorrect prices.
3.3 PRODUCT DELIVERY
a. Delivery Areas
Products are delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process, within Greece, Cyprus, and internationally (excluding Russia).

You will receive a notification (via email or SMS) once your order is ready for pickup. Pickup is available during store opening hours. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.
We deliver to:
– Greece via ACS Courier
– Cyprus via ACS Courier or DHL Express
– International destinations (excluding Russia) via DHL Express
b. Delivery Timeframes
Orders submitted by 10:30 AM are processed the same day. Orders placed after that or during weekends are processed the next business day.
Greece operates on Eastern European Time and Summer Time (EET, EEST), which is:
– GMT+2 during standard time (winter)
– GMT+3 during daylight saving time (summer)
If you choose the in-store pickup option, your order will typically be ready within 1 – 2 business days. You will be notified by email or SMS once it is available. Orders not collected within 7 calendar days may be automatically cancelled and refunded, unless otherwise agreed.
Estimated delivery times:
– Greece: 1 – 3 business days
– Europe: 3 – 6 business days
– International: 4 – 10 business days
Note: Delivery times are subject to delays caused by weather, strikes, customs, or other force majeure events.
Courier Selection:

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday following courier contact.
c. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
– Supplier or transportation issues
– Force majeure (weather, strikes, etc.)
– Limited stock

d. Responsibility During Shipping
We remain responsible for the Products until you (or your authorized recipient) receive them physically. Once delivered, liability transfers to you.
3.4 SHIPPING COSTS
Within Greece (via ACS Courier):
– Greece – Orders over €50.00: Free
– Greece – Orders under €50.00: €3.00 (incl. VAT)
– Cash on Delivery: €2.00 (incl. VAT)
To Cyprus (via ACS Courier or DHL):
– Cyprus – Orders over €150.00: Free
– Cyprus – Orders under €150.00: €19.00 (incl. VAT)
To Other Countries (via DHL):
– Europe – Orders over €150.00: Free
– Europe – Orders under €150.00: €19.00 (incl. VAT)
– Outside Europe – Orders over €180.00: Free
– Outside Europe – Orders under €180.00: €19.00 (incl. VAT)
In-store pickup is offered free of charge and does not incur any shipping or handling fees.
3.5 PAYMENT METHODS
You may select one payment method per order. Combined methods are not accepted.
a. Cash on Delivery
Pay upon delivery is available only for shipments within Greece and for in-store pickup at our physical shop.
For in-store pickup, the service is free. For shipped orders, the payment method ‘Cash on Delivery’ includes a fee of €2.00 (incl. VAT).
Orders over €499.00 must be paid electronically.
b. Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and Diners Club. Payments are processed securely via Nexi e-Commerce – Alpha e-Commerce (Nexi Payments Greece S.A. – Alpha Bank) using TLS 1.2 SSL encryption.
You will enter your card details (card number, expiry, CVV) directly on the bank’s secure environment. DRESSVOICE does not store card details.
Your card will be charged upon successful payment confirmation.
c. Klarna
Buy now, pay later with Klarna. This option is available for selected countries and subject to Klarna’s terms and eligibility requirements.
You can split your payment or choose to pay later, depending on Klarna’s available services in your region.
Please note: Klarna availability depends on your billing country and the total order amount. Klarna handles the approval process, and DRESSVOICE is not responsible for declined transactions.
By selecting Klarna, you agree to Klarna’s own terms and conditions, available at www.klarna.com.
d. Bank Transfer
You may choose to pay via direct bank transfer. After placing your order, you will receive our bank account details.
Please complete the transfer within 2 business days and include your Order Number in the payment reference.
Your order will be processed once we confirm receipt of the payment.
Note: Bank transfer fees, if any, must be covered by the customer.
e. IRIS Online Payments
We also accept payments via IRIS, the Greek interbank online payment system.
Choose IRIS at checkout and follow the instructions to complete the payment through your banking app or online banking platform.
f. PayPal
You may choose to pay for your order using PayPal, a secure third-party online payment platform.
When selecting PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your transaction using your PayPal account or linked payment method. Once your payment is confirmed, you will return to our Website to finalize your order.
Please note:
If you request a refund, the amount will be returned to your original PayPal account.
DRESSVOICE does not store or have access to your PayPal login credentials or financial information.
PayPal may charge fees for currency conversion or international transactions, which are not controlled or covered by DRESSVOICE.
PayPal is available for most regions except Romania.
By selecting PayPal, you agree to PayPal’s own terms and conditions, available at www.paypal.com.
Orders will be processed once the payment is successfully received.
Refunds for returns are made to the original payment method.
Any additional fees arising from charges by the business handling the transaction, which is not affiliated with DRESSVOICE, are the responsibility of the customer.
3.6 Customs Duties – Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), or to countries that require customs clearance, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary widely by country, and DRESSVOICE has no control over these charges, nor can we predict their exact amount. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
If you refuse to pay the customs duties or import fees and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund you the amount of the order minus:
– The original shipping cost (even if the order unlocked free shipping and the shipping cost was not included in the total price), and
– Any return shipping fees, customs duties, or handling charges incurred by us.
3.7 Promotional Offers & Discount Codes
From time to time, DRESSVOICE may offer promotional codes, discount coupons, or free shipping incentives. These offers may apply to specific products, collections, minimum order values, or regions, and are valid for a limited time only, as specified in each campaign.
Unless otherwise stated:
– Promotional codes are not combinable with other offers or discounts.
– Each code is valid for one-time use per customer.
– Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
– If a purchase made with a discount code is returned, the refund will reflect the discounted amount paid, not the original full price.
– If a free shipping promotion was used, and the final order total (after return or cancellation) no longer qualifies, standard shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
DRESSVOICE reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
4. WITHDRAWAL
4.1 Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase made through our online store within fifteen (15) calendar days, without providing any justification.
This 15-day period begins on the day after:
– You, or a third party indicated by you (other than the courier), received physical possession of the product(s),
– Or, in the case of multiple products delivered separately, the day after you received the last product in the order.
If the withdrawal deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
4.2 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly and in writing before the withdrawal period expires. You can do this in one of the following ways:

4.3 Consumer Obligations Upon Withdrawal
To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send your notification before the 15-day period expires. The withdrawal is considered received on the next business day after you send your request.
You must return the product(s) to:

Return must be made without undue delay and no later than 15 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision. The return period is considered met if the products are sent back before the 15-day deadline.
You may also return the product(s) to any physical DRESSVOICE store if you opt for a store credit or exchange. However, for a refund, the product must be returned to our business address above.
Important:
You are responsible for proving that your withdrawal request was submitted on time.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns within Greece, if you use ACS Courier (our partner), the return fee is €4.00, which is deducted from your refund.
If you use a different courier or postal service (e.g. ELTA), you pay return fees directly to them.
For returns from other countries, return fees vary depending on the country and are fully paid by the customer. If local currency, customs, duties, or exchange rate differences apply, you are responsible for all such costs.
Returns from abroad must be sent via DHL Express, our official courier partner for international shipments.
4.4 Obligations of Dressvoice
If you withdraw lawfully, we will refund you in full, including any standard shipping charges (excluding extra fees for express delivery if chosen). The €4.00 return cost (if ACS was used) is deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed within 15 calendar days of receiving the returned product(s), and only if the return meets the conditions in Section 4.5.
Refund method:
For Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and IRIS orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer. You must provide your IBAN and bank details when submitting your withdrawal request.
For card, Klarna or PayPal orders, the refund is made directly to your original payment method.
If you opted for store credit instead of a refund, the credited amount will reflect the product value minus return shipping fees.
4.5 Return Conditions
We may delay your refund until we receive the returned product in excellent condition, as delivered to you.
If a promotional item (e.g. a gift or bonus product) was included in your order due to a specific purchase, this item must also be returned. If not returned, the withdrawal is considered invalid.
Products must be:
– Unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition
– Returned in their original packaging
– Accompanied by all documents (receipt, return form, tags, labels)
Not Accepted for Return:
– Items that show signs of wear, dirt, damage, or creasing
– Products that give the impression of use beyond trial (e.g. worn shoes, washed clothing)
– Certain hygiene-related items: Swimwear, underwear, socks, bodysuits, leggings, perfumes, candles, cosmetics, and earrings.
Footwear Tip: Try shoes on a clean carpeted surface. Any damage or signs of wear (e.g. scuffed soles) will void the return.
5. WRONG ORDER EXECUTION – DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
5.1 Consumer Rights – Procedures for Exercising Them
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, you have the right, within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, to contact us and report:
– An error in order fulfillment (e.g. wrong size, color, or item), or
– A defect in the product (e.g. manufacturing fault)
You may then request either:
– A replacement with the correct or non-defective product, or
– A full refund
5.2 Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error or defect on our part, we will cover the full return shipping cost provided you use our official courier partners:
– ACS Courier for returns from Greece
– DHL Express for returns from other countries
If you choose a different shipping method, you are responsible for any additional costs beyond what ACS or DHL would have charged.
5.3 Replacement & Refund Conditions
You acknowledge that product replacement is subject to availability at the time we are notified of the issue.
If a replacement is not possible due to stock limitations, we will issue a full refund, including original delivery fees (excluding additional charges for upgraded delivery methods).
Refunds will be made within 15 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s), provided they meet the return conditions below.
5.4 Condition of Returned Products
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Specifically, we will not accept returns that:
– Are damaged, dirty, worn (beyond the reported defect), or altered
– Are missing documentation (receipt, return form, product tags/labels)
In the case of a clearly defective product, Dressvoice reserves the right to deny a refund or replacement if we reasonably determine that the defect is not our responsibility (e.g. misuse or improper care by the customer).
5.5 Refund Method
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or original payment method (card, Klarna or PayPal), based on how the purchase was made. No fees will be deducted for processing the refund.
5.6 Exclusion of Liability
Dressvoice will not be held responsible for:
– Any compensation or damages of any kind beyond refund or replacement
– Any health, safety, or bodily harm claims beyond what is required under mandatory consumer law
6. RESPONSIBILITIES – OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1 User/Consumer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for using the Website and Online Store lawfully. You must refrain from:
– Any illegal or abusive behavior
– Any unfair or deceptive commercial practices
– Any actions that violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties
You are also solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you provide to DRESSVOICE. The Company has no obligation to verify the information unless legally required or reported.
6.2 Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Website or Online Store to:
– Post, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, racist, or otherwise harmful
– Violate any intellectual property rights of DRESSVOICE or third parties
