Katerina Vassou Jewellery is created with fine materials and high-standard techniques, so that, with proper care, you can wear and enjoy them for years. Each piece of jewelry is handmade and therefore unique, so it is important to offer them the attention that will ensure they maintain their beauty for you in the future.
To keep your jewelry shiny and flawless:
- Make sure you keep your necklaces and bracelets clasped to minimize the chance of them getting tangled or scratched.
- Always take off your jewelry when you are going to wash your hands, swim, exercise, use household cleaning products, sleep, or apply any personal hygiene, care, and beauty products.
- Store your jewelry away from the sun, in a jewelry box or pouch, and separate from each other to avoid the chance of them getting tangled or bumping into each other. Ideally, store them airtight to prevent oxidation.
Delivery & Returns
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. In-store pickup is also available from our DRESSVØICE store in Platanias, Chania, Crete.
Delivery
- Greece: 1–3 business days.
- Major cities and islands: 3–6 business days.
- International orders: 4–10 business days.
- Free delivery in Greece for orders over €50.
- Free delivery in Europe for orders over €150.
- Free delivery outside Europe for orders over €180.
Returns
- You may return your order within 15 calendar days from delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, in excellent condition, and include all original tags and labels.
- Returns from Greece may be sent with ACS Courier for a flat fee of €4, deducted from the refund.
- International returns must be sent with DHL Express and are paid by the customer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or an error was made by DRESSVØICE.
