• Store it in a dust bag when not in use.
• Do not machine wash.
• Avoid overloading with heavy items.
• Treat fabric edges with care — minor fraying may occur with use. This is completely normal and part of the charm of a traditionally crafted piece. If desired, you can gently trim any loose fibers with scissors.

Delivery & Returns

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. In-store pickup is also available from our DRESSVOICE store in Platanias, Chania, Crete.

Delivery

• Greece: 1–3 business days.
• Europe: 3–6 business days.
• International orders: 4–10 business days.
• Free delivery in Greece for orders over €50.
• Free delivery in Europe for orders over €150.
• Free delivery outside Europe for orders over €180.

Returns

• You may return your order within 15 calendar days from delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, in excellent condition, and include all original tags and labels.
• Returns from Greece may be sent with ACS Courier for a flat fee of €4, deducted from the refund.
• International returns must be sent with DHL Express and are paid by the customer.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or an error was made by DRESSVOICE.
