Care Instructions

To preserve the beauty and quality of your SORENA tote:

• Store it in the dust bag provided when not in use.
• Do not machine wash.
• Avoid overloading with heavy items.
• Treat woven fabric edges with care — minor fraying may occur with use. This is completely normal and part of the charm of your traditionally crafted piece. If desired, you can gently trim any loose fibers with scissors.

Delivery & Returns

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. In-store pickup is also available from our DRESSVOICE store in Platanias, Chania, Crete.

Delivery

• Greece: 1–3 business days.
• Europe: 3–6 business days.
• International orders: 4–10 business days.
• Free delivery in Greece for orders over €50.
• Free delivery in Europe for orders over €150.
• Free delivery outside Europe for orders over €180.

Returns

• You may return your order within 15 calendar days from delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, in excellent condition, and include all original tags and labels.
• Returns from Greece may be sent with ACS Courier for a flat fee of €4, deducted from the refund.
• International returns must be sent with DHL Express and are paid by the customer.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or an error was made by DRESSVOICE.
